Dual Credit Program: Info for High School Counselors

• Students should receive an email with their official acceptance into the dual credit program. This email will include their campus-wide ID number (CWID).
• Periodically, a report showing the status of new applications to the dual credit program, including students’ CWIDs, will be sent to high school counselors. If you don’t receive this report, please contact our office to request it.

• Please encourage your students to submit their high school transcripts as soon as they submit their applications. They will not be admitted to A&移动商务 until this step is completed. Please do not wait for our office to send you a list of students with incomplete dual credit applications.
• If any of your students have taken dual credit courses at another college, please remind them to submit those transcripts to A&移动商务. Those transcripts will include their TSI status and can indicate whether they have met the prerequisites for courses they want to take at A&移动商务.
• High school or college transcripts need to be sent to the A&移动商务 admissions office, either electronically (via TREX, 羊皮纸, Greenlight, etc…) or by mail at: 皇冠体育365赌博&M University-Commerce, Office of Undergraduate 招生, P.O. 3011箱, Commerce, Texas 75429-3011

To apply, dual credit students must complete a free application through 应用Texas. After submitting an application, a student should receive an email from the A&移动商务 admissions office indicating that the application has been received. If the student has not received this email, they should contact [email protected].
